Baozhong (Chinese: 褒忠鄉; Wade-Giles: Pao-Chung Hsiang) is a rural township in Yunlin County, Taiwan.

There is a total of nine villages in Baozhong.
According to the census conducted by the Baozhong Household Registration Office (褒忠鄉戶政事務所) in October 2007, there are currently about 14,821 people living in Baozhong, in which 53.59% of them are male and 46.41% of them are female.[1] The population of the township has been decreasing every year since 1998. The number of households, however, has been gaining.
Famous Chinese Pop singer Teresa Teng was born in Baozhong in 1953.
